EXCHANGE POLICY

WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?

• You just need to drop us an email at  support@ntonservice.com  mentioning the new required Advertisement method and you will get a revert within 120 working days.
• We will arrange a Drop of the product Assigned to you and get a fresh job delivered to you in the new required advertisement method.
• In case of Subscription problem, we can always get it exchanged to a different subscription you need.
• If a project is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
• In case the new required project is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.
• Projects mentioned on the website are the projects available with us.
• Projects purchased online will not be returned, exchanged or refunded in any Method.
• Project(s) purchased during sale period will not be exchanged.
• For Advertisement method exchanges, the project should be changeover request should be raised within 3 days of ordered.

Pamphlets and other will not be exchanged for both domestic and international customers. In case of a Bank transfer or Online payments, the refund will be made to the same bank account.

• Credit note will be issued once the product passes our quality check.
• THIS EXCHANGE POLICY IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS/ORDERS DELIVERED WITHIN INDIA ONLY. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, REGULAR RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY IS APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGE.

INDIAN CUSTOMERS

1. We ship from our Chennai Office.
2. For Domestic Orders, we ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, Fedex or DTDC.
3. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time. However, this can vary during some unavoidable situations.
4. We do not accept custom orders for our ready to ship products.
5. Most of our projects generally have On Time Delivery whichever ill promised.
6. As soon as we Finish your project, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

• We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex .  
• The time of delivery and shipping cost may vary according to location of delivery. 
• Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
• We do not accept custom orders for our ready to ship projects.
• Most of our projects generally have On Time Delivery whichever ill promised.
• As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
• As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
